7th Anniversary from Ishuakara Oaxaca, the artist musician performer Juan Gonzalez played different styles of music brightening up the night.

Thanks to all friends and members of Ishuakara who presented to the event.		 Among theart activities presented we could appreciate linoleum cut prints on paper, silk screening, painting, drawing, bookbinding and sculpture.

 Through the following article we recall the beloved teacher Dolores Porras November 1st we are leaving plenty of affection in front his closest. On January 23, 2010 we had the opportunity to honor her in the Casa de la Cultura Oaxaca so she could enjoy in life, public recognition.

Already known for their clay pots in natural color, decorated with turtles, iguanas, snakes, fish, flowers and human faces, in the early 80's, Dolores and her husband Alfredo Regino Ramirez decided to implement a new technique to produce ceramic colors, which not only revolutionized his work but all the pottery Atzompa.

VISIT THE ORQUIDS BOTANICAL GARDEN SANTUARY "LA ENCANTADA"

More than 1200 species of orquids in the santuary.
