2003
October - On the 1st of October 2003 Armando Ruiz & Xochitl Rivera opened their Ishuakara Gallery Studio, the name comes from the Zapotec languaje spoken in the region north of Oaxaca it means reborn. For us this has been a rebirth of our creative feeling a very different life than what we had when we lived in the community of Villa Alta.
Among the services that we offer are online selling gallery, art classes.
Now that we are finally on the internet, we are happy to be in contact with our old friends, the new ones and those that will come.
Welcome to the Ishuakara Gallery Workshop.
